Role overview
Tasks
- Planning of elective operations and anesthesia consultation incl. Scheduling, coordination with specialist areas and securing the organizational requirements (orders, appointment windows, coordination of missing documents) (partially home office possible).
- Bed management / disposition in early, late and weekend service – in close cooperation with the stations (partially home office possible).
- Front-office tasks: reception, administrative activities and patient-related procedures as part of your training.
Requirements
- Completed training in a health profession (e.g. FaGe, MPA or equivalent).
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the acute hospital/op environment, patient administration or disposition.
- You communicate clearly, friendly and solution-oriented – even if it gets hectic.
- Independent, responsible work with a sense of priorities.
- Secure handling of IT/planning tools
- Medical terminology is everyday for you.
