In collaboration with the Director of Care, you will be in charge of professional practices, training and clinical development by taking on the following tasks:

- For the benefit of a Master in Nursing, you have a minimum experience of 5 years in acute care as well as a confirmed experience of ICLS. A training or initial experience of a leadership function is an asset.

- Develop advice, guidance and training for teams Support interprofessional collaboration
- Coordinate and supervise referral nurses for clinical and/or student supervision (PF, FEE, FA) Support ethical reflection in the clinic
- Ensure coordination of quality and safety of care (including adverse events, ANQ indicators and prevalences)
- For the benefit of a Master in Nursing, you have a minimum experience of 5 years in acute care as well as a confirmed experience of ICLS. A training or initial experience of a leadership function is an asset.
- An excellent mastery of French (spoke and written), scientific English and computer tools are essential.
