- Excellent mastery of the medical secretariat. Graduated as a medical secretary Experience in Switzerland essential Good computer skills
- Perfect mastery of French and English (ideally).
- Mastering MS Office tools, knowledge of Carefolio & Opale a real asset
- Good understanding of the billing system and the Swiss outpatient and private healthcare system
- Dynamics, autonomy and rapid and efficient organisational capacity
- Discretion and versatility, good stress resistance
- Very good contact with patients and sense of service Excellent presentation
