Main responsibilities
- Assignment as medical secretary / medical secretary in the field of angiology, endocrinology and oncology Receiving outpatients
- Scheduling of angiological consultation hours, examinations and appointment coordination
- Editing and sending medical and insurance reports
- General secretarial services such as postal processing, telephone service and scanning
- telephone and written contact with internal and external contacts Performance billing and controlling
- Mutual support as well as holiday and sickness representation within the team Requirements
- Completed commercial training with additional training as medical secretary / medical secretary or MPA / FAGE with additional training medical secretary
- at least two years of professional experience in a hospital or medical practice
- Experience in disposition and preparation of medical reports
- stylish German in word and writing as well as strong communication skills
