- Maintenance of the universitary properties and status assessment of assigned buildings
- Maintenance work on windows, doors, roofing, coverings, facades, ceilings and other trades (partly listed as a monument)
- Good oral and written German knowledge, other languages are of benefit Good IT user knowledge

Main responsibilities
- Maintenance of the universitary properties and status assessment of assigned buildings
- Maintenance work on windows, doors, roofing, coverings, facades, ceilings and other trades (partly listed as a monument)
- Maintenance of escape route and lock technology
- Procurement to external companies and final controls Cooperation in the acceptance of trades
- Standby service (24/7 approx.
- 5 to 6 weeks per year) Requirements:
- Basic training as a carpenter or carpenter with several years of professional experience
- Experience in the field of occupational safety of advantage
- Service-oriented, conscientious and contact-friendly personality with well-kept manners
- Ready to take over piket service and hold a ticket Cat.
