- Completed basic technical or commercial training, ideally in industry
- Further training e.g. as technical:r businessman/woman, process specialist/woman or comparable
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function

TASKS
- Monitoring and validating material planning to ensure smooth material supply for production and service sites
- Proactive intervention in the event of imminent delivery delays or shortages
- Clarification of open questions about delivery dates and quantities with suppliers and handling of complaints
- Participation in shopfloor meetings for coordination with relevant specialist areas
- Support for suppliers and procurement in the event of bottlenecks due to faulty parts or unplanned needs
- Operational support for logistics in the identification and handling of critical deliveries
- Creation of transparent and meaningful overviews of the current material situation for departments and management
- Coordination of planning changes with the aim of cost-optimal implementation
- Proactive tracking and recovery of open receipts of goods under allocated projects
- Responsibility for warehouse management and stock levels at project level
- Prevention and active management of surplus stocks
- Organization and moderation of escalation meetings in cooperation with purchasing and production management
