We create perspectives for people in a responsible life outside of crime and thus make an important contribution to a safe society. The Office for the Imprisonment of Justice of the Department of Security and Justice employs around 260 people in various professional fields. Saxerriet is an open prison for men with a total of 135 seats. It has differentiated implementation concepts and a wide range of workplaces.

What to expect

• You work in our industry with instructed persons and accompany them in simple craft activities
• You organize and coordinate the orders independently – from order entry to order processing and goods management to shipping
• You instruct and accompany the instructed persons in their tasks and support them according to their individual abilities
• You take responsibility for the timely and careful execution of the orders and ensure impeccable quality
• You bring your craft skills and social skills equally
• You are actively involved in team cooperation, taking on deputies and supporting your work colleagues if necessary

What distinguishes you

• You have completed craftsmanship training (EFZ) and bring practical professional experience
• You bring agogic knowledge or experience in accompanying and supporting people with different conditions or in difficult life situations
• You have experience in goods management, ideally in the area of warehouse, material management or order processing
• You are familiar with business software or ERP systems and enjoy handling administrative processes digitally
• You are capable of teamwork, communicate openly and enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams
• You are ready to take on responsibility and support your colleagues at deputies reliably
• You can motivate, guide and treat people with respect and understanding
• You work independently, reliably and quality-consciously
• You also keep track of several orders and different requirements
