Main responsibilities

- Direct the logistics service of several sites and ensure the smooth running of the activity
- Ensure rational and efficient management of merchandise flows and storage spaces
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain a high level of requirement across processes
- Coordinate quality management (QM) aspects for the Swiss Romande in coordination with the headquarters in Altishofen
- Pilot client projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain trusting relationships with clients and ensure regular monitoring of their needs
