Company and context
- Leadership of the Management Office team of 2 employees in personnel, professional and organizational terms.
- Together with your team, you take responsibility for the procurement, service and demand management of IT.
- As a central point of contact for the order portfolio (PMO), you increase transparency, facilitate fast decisions and control the flow of information in projects.
- You optimize reporting and actively support projects while ensuring that quality and risk management are implemented seamlessly.
- You lead smaller and medium-sized projects within IT.
- Completed studies or further education in computer science or business informatics
- Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in the financial services environment
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL and classical/agile project methodology
- Knowledge of the ITSM of ServiceNow is a plus
- Strong service orientation and a “hands-on” mentality
