- You lead a well-established team of four highly experienced lawyers and are responsible for their professional, personnel and organizational leadership.
- Your work with your team includes in particular:
- Advising and supporting departmental management, service departments, school authorities and schools on legal issues relating to schools with a focus on public law, in particular in school law, personnel law, information and data protection law, procurement law, state liability law and administrative procedure law
- Conduct of appeal proceedings before the City Council, District Council, Education Directorate and Administrative Court (reassessment, appeal and appeal proceedings)
- Preparation of resolutions for city council and school authorities Governance of legislative projects Profile
- Law degree (master level) and preferably attorney's patent
- Many years of qualified professional experience in public law
- Leadership experience, administrative experience and experience in the aforementioned areas of law are advantageous
- Very good linguistic expression and ability to assess complex legal issues in a practical and comprehensible way
- Very independent and efficient working method, high service orientation and resilience
