Main responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of a team of five employees
- Ensuring timely, legally compliant and efficient accounts receivable according to Swiss GAAP FER
- Responsibility for the monitoring, optimization and further development of debtor processes and SAP-supported workflows
- Responsibility for VAT settlement and monitoring of incoming payments and banking processes
- Collaboration in monthly and annual accounts as well as preparation of reporting and analysis
- Advice and support of institutes and clinics in debtor-relevant issues
- Responsibility for the internal control system (ICS) in the area of responsibility and contact person for audits
- Management and cooperation in projects as well as conception and implementation of training courses in the debtor sector Requirements
- Business administration education or training at the level of university of applied sciences or higher technical school or specialist card in accounting
- At least three years of professional experience in accounts receivable Sound SAP knowledge
