- Experience: In the field of adult education and in the corresponding subject area
- Completed basic or continuing education: Professional qualification with federal recognition EFZ or degree at a technical or university in the subject area to be taught
- In-depth expertise in the relevant field of drawing and painting, acrylic painting, aquarelling
- Ideally, you will have the SVEB certificate 1 or an equivalent degree.
- You distinguish yourself through self-reflection and empathy towards the participants
