MAIN TASKS

In this versatile controlling function, you are responsible for the investment controlling of our two plants in Rapperswil-Jona. You accompany investment projects from planning to activation and create meaningful analyses for management. For our investment projects, you are the local contact person for corporate controlling and actively participate in group projects in this area. At the same time, you work closely with the two factory controllers and support them in the closing, planning and representation tasks. Your responsibilities include in particular:

• Support of investment projects from planning, application review to final notification in SAP
• Preparation of financial statements, forecasts, budgets and medium-term planning in the investment area
• Implementation of periodic investment controls and maintenance and review of tool factors
• Cooperation in the preparation and assessment of economic calculations
• Support for factory controllers in closing and planning processes as well as for holiday representatives
• Preparation of business evaluations and support for organizational and administrative tasks

PROFILE

You bring a commercial basic education with further education in finance and accounting or controlling (e.g. degree as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal professional certificate). In addition, the following characteristics and abilities characterize you:

• At least two years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company
• Excel and SAP skills
• Very good German and good English skills in word and writing
• Structured working methods and analytical skills as well as strong service orientation
• Teamwork, flexibility and down-to-earth
