The bankruptcy office, which is based in St.Gallen and regional offices in Wil, Rapperswil-Jona and Buchs, is responsible for conducting all the concursive proceedings concerning private individuals, enterprises and over-indebted inheritances. What you're expecting:

• Self-employed persons in the St.Gallen and Rorschach regions
• Responsibility for the legal and timely execution of the proceedings
• Responsible and varied activities in the internal and external services
• Direct contact with debtors, creditors, courts and other stakeholders
• Specific introduction to the activity by an experienced team What makes you special:
• Completed legal/economic studies or basic training with further training in the legal or specialist field (specialized pass specialist/expert's certificate for the operation of the firm/contract, legal specialist's certificate, German legal expert's certificate, German legal expert's certificate, German legal expert's certificate)
• Interest in legal issues
• Decision-making and assertiveness
• Exact, independent and structured working methods
