Your tasks

• You support the Department of Procurement and Logistics administratively and organizationally in various processes.
• You are the contact person for internal customers and process their material orders.
• You offer support in the purchase of goods of the groups medicine, household, mobile facilities, as well as office and therapy materials
• In addition, you work on projects, maintain master data and design working papers.
• Your place of work is Pfäfers or Wil, but there are also regular working days at the other location. Your profile
• You bring an EFZ or secondary school degree and are motivated to familiarize yourself with the versatile world of commercial and business administration.
• You have an organizational skill and show interest in business topics.
• You are distinguished by a careful, exact working method.
• You have good written and oral communication skills.
• You enjoy working cooperatively with customers, employees and suppliers. With around 1,400 employees, we provide accessible, personal and effective psychiatric treatment and care for adults in the cantons of St.Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden as well as in the Principality of Liechtenstein at our nine company locations.
