Tasks

• Processing of applications for approval for municipal road maps
• Evaluation of legal issues of the civil engineering office in public law and civil law, in particular contract, liability and property law
• Legal monitoring of projects related to road legislation
• Processing of legal issues in the context of the preliminary examination of municipal road maps
• If appropriate and interested Takeover of technical responsibility Road law
• Processing of objections against cantonal special use plans (deposits, wind turbines, gravel mines, etc.) in all the affected legal areas
• In The following areas are covered:
• advice for municipalities and private individuals
• participation in appeal proceedings
• advice for the Civil Engineering Office and the Office for Spatial Planning and Geoinformation
• participation in consultations on legislative proposals of the Federal Government and the Canton
• participation in the treatment of parliamentary decisions and cooperation in projects
• Requirements - University degree as lic.iur.
