  • Do you want to play a key role in transforming our firm into an agile organization?
  • We’re looking for a migration initiative manager / migration business analyst to:
  • orchestrate client & bank migration aspects including strategy, concepts, requirements whilst maintaining alignment with interdependent teams and drive the iterative development of capabilities – ultimately enabling a client centric continuous migration
  • manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues
  • identify and manage senior stakeholders across various business / client segments, functions and locations; evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
  • coordinate plans and work among different teams, ensure consistent oversight of risk management with appropriate mitigation
  • lead conceptual work for problem solutioning & design themes along F2B chain and with client lenses on
  • help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with group functions, stream/crew leads, and facilitate prioritization
