In an agile team, you design the digital workplace for our employees and ensure that cooperation, communication and security work together optimally. You combine technical know-how with a strong understanding of service and contribute to the fact that we are reliable for our customers every day as a nearby bank.

Your tasks

• Join an agile team for deployment, migration and operation of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) in the M365 cloud
• Engineering and implementing Microsoft Teams as a central telephony and conference solution and continuously developing this platform
• Ensure the highest safety and operational requirements in the M365 environment
• Responsible for the stable operation, support and problem analyses of the M365 services
• Identify automation potential and simplify operational processes
• Act as a contact person for product-related topics and ensure coordination with architecture, network engineering and IT security
• Assuming deputies for technical and personnel roles in the organisation of structures and processes
• Completed computer science education or study or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the M365 environment, ideally in a regulated industry
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (especially Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) as well as their operation and integration
• Experience as a product owner or lead engineer in an agile environment
• You score with strong initiative, a sense of responsibility and a high quality standard
• You convince with an innovative mindset that combines IT security requirements and a user-friendly user experience
• Very good knowledge of German (at least level B2/C1) in word and writing
