MAIN TASKS

As an in-house customer service officer, you decisively shape the impression that customers of They will have Geberit. This includes in particular the following activities:

• You solve simple operational problems directly on the phone and accept the wishes of our customers
• You collect customer data, service orders and orders correctly and efficiently in our SAP and CRM system
• Complaints are processed quickly and customer-friendly
• Further interesting administrative activities round off your area of responsibility

PROFILE

You bring a completed commercial degree. In addition, the following points distinguish you:

• You have a friendly voice, enjoy telephone customer contact, are communicative and safe in your appearance
• Professional experience in customer service is an advantage
• You bring very good oral and written language skills in German. Good knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
