• Operation, maintenance and further development of the endpoint management platforms (Intune, MECM/SCCM) with a focus on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Management of modern Windows 11 workplaces including Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise
• Ensuring endpoint security (Microsoft Defender, SmartCard, Compliance)
• Automation of operational and orchestration processes
• Processing of disruptions in 2nd/3rd level support as well as collaboration in Workplace and M365 projects
• Computer science training (HF/FH) or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience
• Experience in the Microsoft Workplace environment with a focus on Intune and Windows Client Management
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Defender, Edge Management and software distribution
• Experience in automation, structured, independent way of working and strong service orientation
• Good knowledge of two official languages and English
