Role overview
- Educate and train cadres of civil protection, mainly of cantonal leadership organizations.
- Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of exercises of civilian management staff and accompany them as moderator and/or coach.
- Train and advise crisis teams of federal authorities and operators of critical infrastructures.
- Develop and develop training documents and media in German.
- To participate in projects for the further development of training and civil protection.
- Tertiary education (university/university of applied sciences degree) or equivalent education/experience, civil protection instructor with a federal technical certificate
- training and leadership experience as a senior cadre of civil protection, army, police or fire brigade; cadre function in a cantonal guide staff or comparable experience
- High self- and social competence, commitment, flexibility as well as integration and team skills
- Readiness to travel in Switzerland
- Secure appearance and communication skills in at least two official languages (teach in German)
- Good editorial skills for the development and development of training materials
