Main responsibilities
- Acceptance of all requests, requests and error messages of our users / customers (1st and 2nd level support)
- Commissioning of software and hardware components
- Implementation of IT User Lifecycle Management (entrances, mutations, exits) incl.
- Create and deactivate accounts, permissions and IT resources
- Packaging, testing and distribution of software Maintenance of user and authorization data
- Creation and updating of installation, user and operator documentation
- Coordination of orders with the respective service provider or manufacturer Participation in IT projects
- Close cooperation with the Central Computer Science of the University Requirements
- Completed vocational apprenticeship as ICT specialist:man with EFZ and several years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of service provision, user management and permissions German native language; Basic English skills
