Role overview
Tasks: You are responsible for the safe and smooth operation of the entire ICT infrastructure.
You monitor and maintain networks, servers and IT systems and ensure their availability.
You support our employees in first- and second-level support, support business-critical applications and provide regular updates and data backups for a stable and secure IT environment.
You also manage user accounts, actively participate in IT projects and support the further development of the ICT landscape as well as the expansion of the server and system infrastructure.
Requirements
- Completed training as a computer scientist: in EFZ, ICT specialist or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in ICT support or system operation are advantageous
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, cloud services and network and server infrastructures
- Experience with SQL databases, mail servers and business-critical applications
- Practical experience in first and second-level support
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- High service and customer orientation
- Team-capable, communicative and reliable personality
