  • Your tasks Personnel and technical management of the reception and administration team Daily guest administration / guest advice Contact person for internal guests and external visitors Operational support for the managing director Assisting with the monthly closing including cash management and invoicing Operating the telephone switchboard, reception/reception Managing and maintaining the guest and interested party file (CMS) Co-responsible for the implementation and organization of marketing measures and events for our guests (internal & external) Co-responsible for occupancy and new rentals (active sales)
