Company and context
- Act as HR Business Partner for Sales Organization in Switzerland, Austria and Benelux.
- Collaboration with management on all HR issues, including staff planning, budget, management talents and organizational development.
- Support and advise managers in relationships with employees, performance management, disciplinary measures and complex HR situations.
