The position

• Overall responsibility for achieving sales and earnings targets in sales within our international group
• Strategic and operational management of the sales, service and marketing teams in Switzerland and at our international locations
• Professional management and support of our international sales partners
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers in Germany and abroad
• Planning, implementation and continuous development of sales and marketing activities

This is what they bring with them.

• Completed technical studies, ideally in the field of textile machinery construction or a related discipline
• Several years of experience in the international B2B sales of technical products
• Strong customer orientation as well as a secure presence in dealing with international business partners
• Negotiation security and experience in establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Experience in the further development of sales, service or marketing processes
• Secure use of common office tools and digital work equipment
• Confident knowledge of English, Spanish is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (about 50%)
• Team-oriented personality with intercultural competence
