Your

Main responsibilities

  • With your organizational design, you will ensure the smooth operation of our five psychiatry centers in St.
  • Gallen, Rorschach, Wattwil, Uznach and Rapperswil and will be responsible for all infrastructural topics.
  • You plan, tax and maintain the properties, including contracting, cleaning and catering, and actively develop the facility management.
  • You will also conduct small to medium-sized construction projects and participate in location-related infrastructure and investment planning.
  • The responsibility for operating and investment budgets is also in your hands and you are responsible for economic planning and control.
  • You also ensure compliance with statutory requirements in the areas of occupational safety, fire protection and the environment, as well as contract management with owners, administrations and sub-parents.
  • In close cooperation with internal stakeholders, you coordinate FM topics and promote cooperation with our Partner Stiftung Förderraum.
  • In addition, you will take over the project management at the Wil site under the leadership of technology and construction.
