- Professional and disciplinary management and further development of a team of 12 enterprise and domain architects

- Together with your team, you shape the long-term development of our IT landscape and ensure that business strategy, processes, data, applications and technologies follow a common goal.
- With that, You are the basis for stable, secure and sustainable solutions.
- Strategic development of the IT landscape with around 500 business applications and a broad technology portfolio, oriented towards the group and IT strategy
- Managing the IT landscape taking into account business value, standardization, complexity, risks and costs
- Responsibility for architecture and technology governance including management of architecture and technology board
- Further development of architectural metamodel, methods, standards and architectural principles of the Raiffeisen Group
- Responsibility for technology management including technology portfolio, technology standards and lifecycle control of the Group-wide technology stack
- Co-design of the IT strategy as well as architectural management of strategic transformation initiatives and ensuring architecture-compliant solutions

- Active stakeholder management via business, IT, security, management bodies and external partners as well as the development of convincing basis for decision-making
- Sovereign appearance, high analytical competence and convincing communication at all hierarchical levels up to the management; very good knowledge of German, at least level C1.
