- lead, develop and position the Technical Communication department with around 15 employees as a central competence center within the company.
- shaping the transformation from classical technical documentation to modular, scalable content and information management.
- responsible for the introduction and further development of modern content management systems as well as associated processes and roles.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality and regulatoryly compliant product information across products, variants, languages and channels.
- actively control and further develop cooperation with product management, engineering, service, regulatory and IT.
- Use digitalization, data and AI in a targeted manner to sustainably increase efficiency and scalability in content and information management.
