- You lead and develop a department with around 20 employees in terms of technical, organizational and personnel.
- You are responsible for the strategic planning and control of development projects in the field of signal boxes and RBC with a focus on platform architectures, modern development environments, automation and scalability.
- You ensure the successful implementation of complex projects in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.
- You will actively develop the technological roadmap and provide impulses for innovative and forward-looking solutions.
