As a transversal office, the HR Office works closely with the decentralised HR management of the departments, the State Chancellery and the courts. It is responsible for the holistic implementation of personnel law and personnel strategy requirements. Personnel and organizational development supports managers and employees in personnel management issues and provides a wide range of training and consulting services.

What to expect

• Consulting and support of executives as well as conception and management of mandates in team, cultural and organizational development
• Design and moderation of strategy, leadership and team workshops as well as accompanying change and development processes
• Conception and implementation of trainings and seminars on the topics of leadership, cultural and organizational development
• Further development of tools and concepts for human resources, leadership and cultural development in cooperation with internal and external partners
• Planning and implementation of talent management projects as well as participation in strategic projects of personnel and organizational development
• Management or participation in change and digitization projects as well as participation in specialist committees
• Advising and supporting HR business partners as well as HR managers on management and organizational development issues

What distinguishes you

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Education, Work and Organizational Psychology or a comparable qualification
• Higher education in organizational development, coaching, change management, project management or a comparable discipline
• Several years of experience in organizational, cultural and team development as well as in accompanying transformation and change processes
• Experience in the conception and moderation of workshops as well as in the design of learning and development formats
• Strong consulting, moderation and communication skills as well as a secure presence at all management levels
• Strategic and networked thinking skills with a high degree of implementation and pleasure in actively shaping change
• High service orientation and strong self-, social and methodological skills
