The Migration Office operates daily in the exciting political environment of all migration issues. We are responsible for the permits under foreigners law, enforce the Swiss Federal Law on Foreigners and Asylum, issue the biometric Swiss passports and foreigner ID cards and provide support and integration in our asylum centres.

What to expect

• Together with a colleague, you take responsibility for the area of housekeeping and ensure cleanliness, order and compliance with hygiene and quality standards in your assigned living area.
• You plan and coordinate the arising domestic work
• You lead and accompany residents in domestic activities, promote their work skills and convey a positive work culture
• You work in environmental work and support cross-divisional center operations

What distinguishes you

• Completed vocational training in the field of housing, hospitality, facility services or a comparable qualification
• Ability to guide, motivate and convey clear expectations
• Independent and structured working methods as well as flexibility in changing tasks
• Teamwork and enjoyment of working with people from different cultures
• Organizational talent, resilience and responsibility
• Good knowledge of German and IT; Cat B driving licence beneficial
