MAIN TASKS

In your function, you are responsible for setting up the injection molding machines incl. peripherals, so that the production order can be executed in the required quality and without disturbances. This includes in particular the following activities:

• Setting up injection moulding machines (angels, Arburg, Krauss Maffai) and the associated periphery
• Setting and optimizing process parameters to ensure stable production
• Performance of the initial type test according to test plans and drawing
• Clean and complete management of tool documentation
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work according to specifications
• Resolving incidents and taking appropriate corrective action

PROFILE

You bring a completed basic training as a plastics technologist, polymechanic or plastics practitioner or have professional experience as an installer of injection moulding systems. In addition, the following characteristics and abilities distinguish you:

• Affinity and interest in new automation processes in production
• Careful, correct and independent work
• Good knowledge of German and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Readiness for activity in 2-shift operation
