MAIN TASKS

You are actively involved in the 3-shift operation of our FlowFit production and take over the technical leadership of the team together with a second skilled worker. You support 4 to 5 employees in everyday production and act as a link between production and service providers. In case of major disruptions, you coordinate the measures. In addition, you ensure the operational readiness of the injection molding machines and assembly plants as well as compliance with quality standards. This includes in particular:

• Ensuring the operational readiness of machinery and equipment through immediate troubleshooting
• Immediate reporting of material defects, processing defects, defects in working papers, tools, equipment and safety defects to the supervisor
• Operation of the operational data acquisition system (BDE) and the quality assurance system CQC
• Perform periodic maintenance work according to TPM checklist
• Ensuring order and cleanliness according to 5S in the assigned task area
• Submitting suggestions for improvement as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP)

PROFILE

You bring a technical apprenticeship and are interested in leading employees. Ideally, you already have experience from a comparable function. In addition, the following characteristics and abilities distinguish you:

• Injection-molding knowledge
• Experience in 3-shift operation as well as flexibility and readiness for special operations
• Willingness to take responsibility for the team and the ongoing production process as well as for mutual representation within the skilled worker team
• High quality awareness and consistent compliance with quality standards
• Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, independence, initiative, resilience and loyalty
• Good PC/ED skills as well as good German skills in words and writing
