Tasks

• You will design and develop HR Analytics, Data Science and Business Intelligence solutions in close cooperation with the Group
• You create meaningful dashboards, reporting, forecasts and decision bases including various projections
• You analyze HR data, identify trends and derive concrete recommendations for action
• You define and harmonize key figures, data models and calculation logics
• You ensure the quality, consistency and availability of HR data
• You advise HR, executives and management and work closely with finance, IT and data management
• You are responsible for ad-hoc analyses and executive reports and create presentations for senior management and executives
• You support compensation reporting and compensation analytics as well as analyses of wage developments and equal pay topics
• Identify new analytics and automation potential and promote the use of data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence in HR

Requirements

• University degree in Data Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or a comparable discipline
• Several years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Data Science, HR Controlling or Business Intelligence
• Practice in the development of dashboards and KPI systems, for example with Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud. Excel skills are also excellent
• In-depth knowledge in statistical analyses and data-based decision models
• Strong consulting skills and the ability to communicate complex results in an understandable way
• Experience in personnel cost planning, system introductions or compensation & benefits is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English
