To strengthen our HRM team, we are looking for a committed personality who takes responsibility and actively shapes the further development of our HR processes. You are a payroll professional, have a distinct flair for numbers? Then we look forward to meeting you!
Their tasks
- Together with the team, they ensure correct and timely wage processing for around 1,000 employees.
- They deal with challenging questions about wages, social insurance and withholding taxes and are the contact person for internal and external offices.
- You take responsibility for the annual work and the quality assurance in the payroll.
- They support HR controlling in the creation and analysis of HR key figures, statistics and evaluations as well as in the further development of reporting.
- Together with the team, you ensure the correct processing of time management data and support you with questions about time management.
- They support and optimize our HR systems and processes, in particular SAP HR and Polypoint PEP, and are actively involved in digitalization projects.
- Depending on your experience and interest, you will also be responsible for the technical and personnel management of the HR Payroll & Controlling team.
Your profile
- They bring a basic commercial education and a completed further education in the payroll sector, ideally supplemented by a background in HR or social security.
- They have several years of experience in wage processing and in-depth knowledge of Swiss social security law.
- You have experience or interest in HR controlling and have a strong understanding of numbers.
- You are well versed in dealing with SAP HR and Excel, ideally you also have experience with Polypoint PEP and Power BI.
- They work independently, structured and solution-oriented and enjoy the optimization of processes.
