Tasks

• Professional expertise: As an experienced insurance consultant with a focus on pension and financial business, you know the industry and its products. You accompany and empower our customer advisors: inside, give training and are the first contact person for questions regarding prevention
• Market analysis: You carry out market analysis and develop market development strategies to identify and exploit potential and opportunities in the area of pension and finance
• Development of pension and finance: You are involved from the outset and are significantly involved in building and shaping the area around insurance solutions in pension and finance. Planning marketing measures, implementation and controlling remain your responsibility
• Building customer relationships: You establish contacts with companies, build long-term relationships and continuously develop your customer portfolio
• Teamwork: As a member of our community Market Responsible Provision and Finance, you make a significant contribution to the professional and sales development of the topics at Helvetia and actively participate as a member of the management crew at the general agency.

Requirements

• Expertise: You have a well-founded education or study as well as several years of professional experience in the insurance industry
