The Wattwil Street District Inspectorate is responsible for the construction and operational maintenance of 132 km of cantonal roads.

What to expect

• Focus on marking, signalling, operation and construction
• Maintenance and construction work of roads and smaller structures and drainage
• Operational maintenance services such as road markings, green maintenance, cleaning, etc.
• Snow clearance and black ice control
• Winter service and accidents

What sets it apart

• Completed apprenticeship as a specialist in business maintenance – field of work service or a completed vocational vocational training in the main building industry or corresponding professional experience in a comparable job
• Independent, physically resilient personality with an efficient way of working
• Team-ready, collegial and helpful
• Cat B, BE (ideally Cat C or CE or the willingness to obtain it)
• Accessibility of the workshop within 25 minutes
• Readiness for assignments outside regular working hours
