The General Secretariat is the central department of the Department of Finance. Among other things, it is responsible for planning, coordination and project work in the area of finance and financial policy.

What to expect

• Interesting and challenging work in the economist team of the finance department at the interface of administration, government and cantonal council
• Examination and assessment of governmental and cantonal council activities from all departments
• Support of the department head, the general secretary and the economist team on economic and business issues
• Participation in working and project groups as a representative of the Financial Department
• Participation in preparing reports and presentations

What distinguishes you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics (FH/uni), preferably with a focus on economics or public management
• Interest in financial and political issues
• Rapid comprehension and independent working methods
• A stylish oral and written expression in German
