- A trusted partner of the Directorate-General and managers, you ensure the deployment of a responsible managerial culture, promoting the autonomy of the hierarchical line and clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each.
- In addition, you are contributing to the anticipation of workforce and skill needs, developing a forward-looking approach and relevant piloting tools.
- You have a proven experience at the head of a HR function, ideally acquired in a service company or a technical and operational environment.
- You master HR issues in their diversity and know how to combine strategic vision, pragmatism and proximity with the field.
Main responsibilities
- A trusted partner of the Directorate-General and managers, you ensure the deployment of a responsible managerial culture, promoting the autonomy of the hierarchical line and clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each.
- In addition, you are contributing to the anticipation of workforce and skill needs, developing a forward-looking approach and relevant piloting tools.
- You also lead the social dialogue and help structure exchanges with the social partners and the Staff Committee, in a constructive, demanding and solution-oriented approach.
Key requirements
- You have a proven experience at the head of a HR function, ideally acquired in a service company or a technical and operational environment.
- You master HR issues in their diversity and know how to combine strategic vision, pragmatism and proximity with the field.
- Your leadership allows you to unite a multidisciplinary team, develop cooperation dynamics and accompany managers over time.
- You have a strong interest in the evolution of managerial practices and corporate culture and know how to promote the autonomy and accountability of the hierarchical line.
- At ease in relations with the social partners, you appreciate the negotiation and know how to combine listening, the ability to defend a position and the search for shared solutions.
- Your analytical mind, anticipation and curiosity also allow you to integrate HR issues into a comprehensive and long-term vision.
