- Your responsibilities
- Investigation of buildings and infrastructure buildings with regard to building materials, execution of testimonials and sampling of materials suspected of building materials
- You have completed your technical training and/or further training in the construction industry, e.g. as an architect, civil engineering technician in HF; Construction or Environmental Engineer
- Multiannual professional experience in building construction, knowledge of construction structures and construction processes are a prerequisite for this job
Main responsibilities

- Investigation of buildings and infrastructure buildings with regard to building materials, execution of testimonials and sampling of materials suspected of building materials
- Guide, coordinate, process and cost control of own projects and related third-party services
- Evaluate the analysis results and write the building waste reports
- Creating tender documents and mass extracts
- Technical planning and technical engineering of construction waste restorations in the context of renovation and rebuilding work
- Cooperation in other multidisciplinary projects (depending on suitability and interest)
- in projects of different sizes, such as diagnostics and documentation of building materials, production of waste management concepts and monitoring of rebuilding work
- Integration into the network of various departments Professional and personal development

Key requirements
- You have completed your technical training and/or further training in the construction industry, e.g. as an architect, civil engineering technician in HF; Construction or Environmental Engineer
