Tasks
Through the optimal management in terms of sales readiness, presentation of goods and sales promotion, you offer our customers the best possible shopping experience. You lead and promote your employees and are responsible for ensuring that the business principles such as net proceeds, liquidations, personnel costs, depreciation of goods and inventory differences are adhered to in the assigned department. You also ensure compliance with the quality and POS guidelines such as freshness/quality, hygiene, temperature regulations, expiration dates. In addition to your main job, in the absence of the management, you take over the management of the sales office St. Gallen Bahnhof with around 40 employees.
Requirements
- Completed basic training in the retail trade or corresponding professional experience in the sales sector
- Experience in a comparable function with management tasks
- Independent and proactive working methods as well as affinity to work with different systems
- Very good communication skills and negotiable German in word and writing
