- Editing judgments mainly in the areas of infrastructure/environment (e.g. national roads, railways, airports, energy), postal and telecommunications, human resources, data protection and public law as well as state liability
- Participation in the instruction and decision of administrative court complaint procedures
- Keeping minutes of inspections, public negotiations and decision-making

- Completed legal studies as well as lawyer's patent or dissertation
- Several years of professional experience in a court organization, advocacy or administration
- Knowledge in the subjects of Division I, subject areas 1-6, advantageous

- Main and working language German, very good knowledge of at least one other official language
