MAIN TASKS

As Coordinator Sales Services, you ensure the efficient and competent support of foreign sales offices and partners in the export markets (mainly in the Middle East and Africa). This includes in particular the following activities:

• Operational settlement of incoming orders
• Coordination of transports including partial preparation of export documents
• Monitoring of delivery dates and billing
• Competent contact for banks, chambers of commerce, certification companies and freight forwarders
• Support and advice for sales in export and transport issues

PROFILE

You have a completed commercial education as well as a further education as a federal dipl. Foreign trade specialist and have already gained several years of professional experience in the export sector.

In addition, the following points distinguish you

• very good language skills in German and English; any other language e.g. French is an advantage
• Very good user knowledge in MS-Office and SAP SD
• Customer orientation, independence and teamwork
• flexible personality that remains calm even in a hectic environment
