As a transversal office, the HR Office works closely with the decentralised HR management of the departments, the State Chancellery and the courts. It is responsible for the holistic implementation of personnel law and personnel strategy requirements. Personnel and organizational development supports managers and employees in personnel management issues and provides a broad range of training and consulting services.

What to expect

• Organisation of seminars and educational events and management of seminar calls
• Further development of the internal training offer of the allocated seminars in coordination with the seminar managers
• Advice and information of customers by telephone and e-mail
• Responsible for the accounting of seminar and further education management
• Participation in the further development of digital training tools in coordination with external and internal partners
• Processing of CVT arrangements

What distinguishes you

• Completed commercial training with preferably 1-2 years of professional experience
• Very good IT user knowledge (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German (verbal and written)
• High IT affinity and strong organizational skills
• Structured, accurate and quality-conscious working methods
• Analytical skills for evaluating feedback and controlling
