To strengthen our team in peptide manufacturing, we are looking for a dedicated Cluster Specialist (a), 100%, on day shift. Their tasks:
Coordination of cross-layer tasks in cooperation with shift managers and support of the Production Leader in operational shift planning.

- Completed training as a chemical or similar technical training.
- At least five years of professional experience in a chemical production plant, ideally as shift manager or long-term deputy shift manager.
Key requirements
- Completed training as a chemical or similar technical training.
- At least five years of professional experience in a chemical production plant, ideally as shift manager or long-term deputy shift manager.
- Strong organisational talent as well as a structured and independent working method.
- High safety awareness and experience in dealing with hazardous substances and chemical production processes.
- Ability to assess risks and derive appropriate safety measures.
- Good knowledge of production plants as well as technical understanding in the field of plant construction and process operation.
- Secure understanding of GMP and experience in compliance with regulatory and qualitative requirements.
- Experience with process control systems, preferably PCS 7, and with electronic or paperless production documentation.
- Communication strength and experience in lateral cooperation with various functions.
