The Cantonal Tax Office is responsible for implementing the provisions of federal/cantonal and municipal taxes. The legal department draws up decrees and instructions, answers internal and external inquiries, accompanies appeal proceedings and carries out tax penalties, audits and tax exemption proceedings.

What to expect

• You do not determine or insufficiently assessed taxes
• You are responsible for handling criminal tax proceedings for attempted and completed tax evasions – from initiation to written criminal orders
• You conduct written and oral negotiations with taxable persons or their representatives

What distinguishes you

• You have a sound commercial basic education, supplemented by a function-specific further education
• You have practical experience, ideally in tax or criminal law
• You work accurately and independently, are responsible and safe to negotiate
