The Agricultural Centre of St.Gallen (LZSG) is part of the Agricultural Office. It fulfils a versatile mission in the agricultural consulting as well as in the education and training. What you're expecting:

• Personal and professional management of the department with the specialist departments of agriculture, bees, vegetable, berry, fruit and viticulture and plant health
• Active cooperation in the management of the LZSG
• Self-employed management of the specialist department of vegetable farming with practical consulting activities
• Management or support of cross-disciplinary projects of quality production, sustainable use of resources and innovations along the value chain
• Management of practical experiments
• Teaching in basic agricultural education and in higher vocational training of the Vocational and continuing training centre (BZBS) at the locations Buchs and Flawil What makes you stand out:
• Master's degree in Agronomist/in ETH/FH
• Perennial professional and management experience in a comparable position
• Experience in the management and implementation of projects
• Methodological and didactic knowledge desired
• Enthusiasm for the management of employees, joy in dealing with farming families, project partners from research, course participants and young people in training What we offer:
