Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a carpenter or a comparable craftsmanship training and have in-depth professional experience in interior design, maintenance or maintenance
- They are accustomed to organizing daily work in a team, prioritizing assignments and keeping track of several parallel tasks.
- You communicate clearly, respectfully and solution-oriented and enjoy working with employees, civil service providers and internal customers
- They work independently and reliably, have good written expression skills and are confident in handling MS Office. Experience with ticket systems or CAFM software is an advantage
