MAIN TASKS

As Head of Reception & Central Services, you assume responsibility for a professional and smooth service in the areas of reception, telephone exchange, post and archiving. Together with your team, you ensure that internal and external contacts are competently supported at all times. This includes in particular the following activities:

• You lead the employees in the areas of reception, telephone exchange, post and archiving.
• You create the assignment planning, ensure deputies and support the further development of your employees.
• You drive the continuous optimization of processes.
• You regularly support your team at the reception and in the telephone exchange and provide professional support for visitors, customers and employees.
• You coordinate various administrative services and internal services.

For optimal cooperation, the 50% fee is preferably paid on four days per week.

PROFILE

You have a completed commercial basic education and several years of professional experience in a comparable function. In addition, the following characteristics and abilities characterize you:

• Several years of leadership experience in a service-oriented environment
• Strong service orientation as well as a professional and secure appearance
• Independent, structured working method and a high sense of responsibility
• Organizational skills, communication skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in a lively environment
• Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• French and Italian are beneficial
